You are allowed to have up to TWO (2) companies under one Design Subscription. Each company thereafter requires an additional subscription. If you own more than THREE (3) companies, please reach out to us for a customized business plan. To avoid misuse, we only allow companies of which you are the owner. When adding any additional company, Proof of Ownership is required.

While the Design Subscription does NOT include Branding or Website design requests, Studio Kinket does offer separate services for Branding and Web Design. For previous and existing customers looking to maintain their Design Collateral with us, we proudly extend a 10% discount for the Design Subscription.

Our on-demand Design Subscription provides unlimited Graphic Design requests, available whenever you need them. Feel free to submit as many requests as you’d like, and a dedicated designer will diligently work through your queue as soon as possible. Moreover, if revisions are needed, you can rest easy knowing that they are unlimited as well.

Most request are typically completed within 3 business days, however, please keep in mind that turnaround times can vary depending on scope and complexity of each design request.

We offer a 14-day Customer Satisfaction period that applies to quarterly and annual subscriptions only. This does not apply for renewals. The purchase of a Studio Kinket quarterly or annual Design Subscription is eligible for a (partial) refund if requested on or before 14 days from the initial sign-up date. Refund amount is calculated according to the following conditions.

You received any completed requests:
We will deduct (amount of hours x 75USD) from your refund amount.

You have not received any completed requests:
You are eligible to receive a full refund when requested within 14 days of payment.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund. Due to the nature of digital products, we don’t accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for any completed requests.
